Tropic Isles is a resident owned 55+ waterfront
community located on the shores of Terra Ceia Bay in
Palmetto, Florida.  We are on the Gulf Coast about 45
miles south of the Tampa International Airport and 15
miles north of the Sarasota Airport.  Downtown
Palmetto offers a wide range of dining and shopping
options without the congestion of larger communities.
